Concert / Konzertbesuch
We went to a concert in Oberhausen in the Turbinenhalle, an old industrial location. In the dark it is hard to see your marks on the paper and it is more guessing than sketching 🙂 Konzert in der Turbinenhalle Oberhausen…gar nicht so einfach, im Dunkeln die Striche auf dem Papier zu erkennen🙂

Yesterday was the monthly drink&draw-meeting from USK Duesseldorf at the lovely pub „Destille“ which means distillery. Crane / Kran
This crane stands outside the window since autumn but last saturday it suddenly insisted to be starring in a sketch. Der Kran steht schon einige Wochen in Meerbusch vor dem Fenster herum, und am Wochenende wollte er auf einmal ins Skizzenbuch.
City / Innenstadt
When it comes to complicated cityscapes I often back off. Most of the time. I think I should change this habit! Von Neujahrsvorsätzen halte ich gar nichts, die sind meist unglaublich kurzlebig. Aber ich könnte im Hinterkopf behalten, dass ich mehr „komplexe“ Situationen skizzieren sollte. Da ist noch Luft nach oben!🙂
