Another hydrangea painting and I like how this one turned out 🙂 . Nochmal Hortensien, und diese Version gefällt mir sogar ganz gut 🙂

Dandelion / Löwenzahn

Trying a less realistic approach to dandelions. Did it work? I’m not sure but it sure was fun! . Löwenzahn ist gar nicht so einfach „locker“ darzustellen. Ich habe mal etwas anderes versucht und zuerst Farbflecken aufs Papier gesetzt. Hat es funktioniert? Ich bin nicht sicher, aber ganz sicher hat es Spaß gemacht!

Magnolia again

Some more Magnolia from last weeks „hunt“. I’m afraid that next week all the blossoms will be gone. Perhaps I should start hunting cherryblossoms? Noch ein paar Magnolien von letzter Woche. Magnolia

Last week I was busy chasing magnolia. They bloom so beautiful but it is over so fast. Letzte Woche habe ich Magnolien eingefangen, soweit es Zeit und Wetter erlaubten. Sie blühen so traumhaft, aber es ist auch so schnell vorbei mit der Pracht.

Such beautiful trees but the blossoms last only for a very short time. So I had to do a very quick sketch before the beauty fades 🙂 . So wunderbare Bäume, aber nur für erschreckend kurze Zeit, bevor die Blüten schwinden. Also musste ich schnell sein mit der Skizze, um ihnen gerecht zu werden 🙂
